Misha Vega

I have had dairy animals for almost a decade and have been making all types of cheese on and off throughout the years with my extra milk. I currently have two milking does and a small homestead farm in Philo and make Chevre, Feta, Gouda, and Cheddar on a regular basis. I have learned all I know from books and mistakes but my cheeses are usually consistently delicious!
