Cheese Making, recipes, tools, and tasting

In these workshops we will be making different cheeses, going over all the necessary equipment and tasting homemade cheese made from fresh goat's milk. I will bring a list of my proven recipes as a handout. Come in ready to try your taste buds on something new and to stretch your cheesiness.
