Composting Bioreactor and Biological Farming

Fungally rich compost as an innoculant together with the 5 (or 6) regenerative farming methods (keep ground covered, no or minimal disturbance, biodiversity, cover crops, holistic context) can make gardening more fun, farming more profitable, and sequester carbon to reverse climate chaos. We will show a short video (on a laptop) and then set up a Johnson-Su composting bioreactor (but not fill it which takes hours) so participants know how to get started. View finished compost under microscope. Then we will discuss how discoveries in microbiology apply to the garden and farm.
