Everyday Herbs for Wellbeing

Participants will learn creative , delicious ways to use nutrient-dense and tonic herbs everyday in their food and drink. There will be tastes and sips and instructions for making many concoctions at home. Together we will make an Elderberry Syrup and everyone can take home a sample. We will discuss why these herbs are so beneficial to us on every level~mind, body and spirit, and how these herbs guide us towards well-being.
