Fermentation & small garden for year round food

Hands on we will be making sourkraut, & drinking Kombucha, trading SCOBY's (Symbiotic Combination Of Bacieria & Yeast) (if available) to increase the biodiversity of the combo of yeast & bacteria! All the while discussing water storage, tanks, plumbing, hand road maintenance, green drinks, insect control, mini climates, humanure, rodent control, staying grounded & healthy and other aspects of homesteading, that this licensed permaculturist has learned building & living on her remote property for 43 years.
