Flour, Water, Salt and Magic-More Sourdough Fun

We will again make many loaves of Sourdough Bread for the Saturday night Potluck Dinner. Starting at 8:30am we will prepare the bulk ferment, (returning periodically to fold the dough). At noon we will form and shape the loaves and set them to proof. Then at 4pm we will place the loaves into preheated cast iron Dutch Ovens and bake.
